Orders will be shipped by the next working day after its order status is “processed”. Orders placed on Friday, after 14:00 to Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
Due to possible credit card verification, your order may be subject to a delayed shipping date.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; SONIA H has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from SONIA H you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal. You must be able to confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is your own, or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to SONIA H, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using PayPal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receiving your original order.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, washed or damaged.
Merchandise must have all the original tags and labels attached and be returned in original packaging.
Merchandise without all the original tags and labels may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
UK orders: If you want to exchange items, SONIA H will cover the return delivery cost.
Please inform us by email within 14 days after you received the items. We will arrange a courier to pick up the items for exchange at your door.
* Free return delivery only applies to exchange orders, not for refund orders.
* Return delivery cost can only be covered once for each order. If you want to exchange again after the first time, you will need to send the item(s) back at your cost.
* Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN
Items purchased from www.SONIA-H.COM are eligible for a full refund if returned within 14 days of purchase; and meet all the conditions required on the Return Policy.
* 14 days start from the date you received the parcel.
* Inform us within the 14 days if you wanted to return the item(s).
* The return shipping time can be excluded from the 14-day timeline.
* FINAL SALE items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Please note, customers are responsible for shipment costs for returns.
To ship an item back to SONIA-H London warehouse, please:
- first of all, notify us by email to get the detail return procedure and the return address. Our email address is : email@example.com .
- Indicate your reason(s) for return on your invoice.
- Pack your item(s) and invoice into the original box that we sent to you or other proper box.
- On the airway bill please include your invoice number and note "Return shipment". Mail your return to us to the given address.
* For international returns please mark clearly "Returned goods - No commercial value". Without this if any taxes incurred it would be your responsibility to pay to your shipper
* We recommend that you choose secure means to return your items, preferably with tracking number and insured to ensure the parcel reach us in good condition and timely. You are responsible to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you to retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice.
If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package too. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We are committed to sell only first-quality fashions and accessories. We have strict quality assurance procedures, and every piece of item is carefully checked before shipping. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund.
